Founder Bio
Annette Eros is a nonprofit executive, governance expert, and organizational change agent with more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, education, housing, climate innovation, philanthropy, and social justice with an emphasis on equitable governance and community accountability. Known for her calm, grounded approach, Annette partners with mission-driven organizations to expand capacity, strengthen governance, and accelerate sustainable growth.
She has led organizations through large-scale transformations, capital campaigns, strategic realignments, and board evolution—always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and measurable impact.
She has raised more than $250 million in philanthropic funding, led a $47 million capital campaign, and managed budgets exceeding $60 million. Her work is grounded in The ANCHOR Method, EROSolutions' proprietary operating system, and guides organizations through The Stability Arc: from structural strain to aligned, confident, and resilient leadership.
