EROSolutions was born out of that insight to provide hands-on, strategic partnership to executives and boards who need an experienced leader “in the seat,” but not full time. Through fractional executive leadership and advisory support, I help nonprofits strengthen alignment, clarify priorities, and build the capacity to lead with confidence, even amid complexity and constraint.
