1. Digital Products

All sales of digital or downloadable materials are final once accessed or delivered. No refunds are available for completed downloads or fulfilled digital content.

2. Prepaid Packages or Services

If you’ve purchased a prepaid service or coaching package, refunds are available within 30 of purchase only if no service has been rendered. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

4. SMS-Related Transactions

If you opted into SMS notifications for purchases, we will only use your number for relevant service updates or transaction notices. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
